What are your rates?

Initial intake assessment - $225

Individual session; 55 minutes - $165

Individual session; 45 minutes - $145

Couple or Family session - $170

Family session w/client present - $170

Family session w/out client present - $165

HSA, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Do you accept insurance plans? 

We accept a very wide variety of insurance plans including Premera, Regence, and Kaiser Permanente. To find out if we are in-network with your insurance you can contact your insurer directly. If we are out of network with your insurer, we are happy to provide super bills to you directly. 

 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
-What is my deductible and has it been met?
-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-What is the coverage and copay amount per therapy session?
-Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Social Media & Digital Boundaries
  • We do not friend or follow clients on personal/professional accounts

  • Practice social media is for education and updates, not clinical communication

  • Do not share personal information online

  • Contact us directly via phone, email, or secure portal for care needs

Where services will be rendered?

Online through Simple Practice - a secure, HIPAA-compliant video-based platform.

 

We also have Google Meet as a back up option in case Simple Practice is down. 

What to expect

As part of our work together, you can expect the following from me:

  • To be treated respectfully and non-judgmentally

  • To be provided with a safe environment

  • To be listened to

  • To be provided with support and resources to facilitate the therapeutic process

  • To be challenged in thoughtful and appropriate ways

What I expect from you is:

  • To arrive on time for your scheduled sessions

  • To be treated respectfully

  • To inform me if you are going to be late or need to cancel your session

  • To pay your invoices in a timely fashion

  • To think about the work that we do outside of therapy

  • To be open to the possibilities that are presented before you
